I have already spoken about complicated, long or frequent place names. However, what is also very important in genealogy is the correct spelling of a place.
\nSo there are several times the place Haag, but also a place with the name Haage.
\nOr also the place Sch\u00f6nberg and the place Sch\u00f6mberg.
\nEspecially in the old German script an “e” can easily be overlooked or an “m” can be confused with an “n”.
\nTherefore, it is better to check two or three times which place it could be.<\/p>\n
